Download the AD Password Reset and save it on any computer you have access to. Unzip the downloaded file, there should be an ISO image file: apr.iso. You can use the freeware BurnCDCC to burn the ISO image to a blank CD/DVD.
Step 2: Boot from Windows 7 Password Reset CD/DVD
To force your computer to boot from the Windows 7 Password Reset CD/DVD, you need to change the boot order in BIOS: Set CD/DVD as the 1st boot device.
